摘要 Replicable nucleotide sequences (DNA) coding for an enzyme of 3-deoxy-D-arabino-heptulosonat-7-phosphate synthase (DAHP synthase) comprising amino acid sequences that are at least 90% identical to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, 4 or 6 (not defined), preferably a length of 350 amino acids, are new, where the corresponding amino acids of the amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NO: 2, 4 or 6 comprising L-alanine at position 33, and L-serine at position 211, are replaced by another proteinogenic amino acids. Independent claims are included for: (1) a vector comprising the nucleotide sequences, where the vector is replicated in microorganisms of the family Enterobacteriaceae; (2) microorganisms of Enterobacteriaceae family comprising the nucleotide sequences, where the microorganisms express the nucleotide sequences coding DAHP synthase; (3) a process for producing organic chemical compounds comprising compounds of shikimate pathway, preferably aromatic L-amino acids or compounds of feed additives by fermentation of microorganisms of Enterobacteriaceae family, comprising culturing the organic chemical compounds producing microorganisms in a medium under a condition, in which the compounds are enriched in the media or cells, and isolating the compounds isolated from the fermentation broth, where the other remaining components of the fermentation broth and/or the entire or partial biomass (0-100%) in the isolated product are completely removed; and (4) a process for producing L-tryptophan or L-tryptophan-containing feed additives by fermentation of microorganisms of Enterobacteriaceae family, comprising culturing the L-tryptophan-producing microorganisms in a medium under conditions in which L-tryptophan is enriched in the medium or cells, and isolating L-tryptophan or L-tryptophan containing feed additive from the fermentation broth, where the remaining further components of the fermentation broth and/or the entire or partial biomass (0-100%) in the isolated product are completely removed.
