<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by increasing the amount of ore treated without poor reaction or deterioration of operation efficiency.SOLUTION: A wet smelting plant 10 includes: an exudation installation 11 provided with plural series of exudation treatment tanks 11for exudation treatment; a preliminary neutralization installation 12 which has two stages of neutralization treatment tanks and adjusts the pH of exudation slurry; and a solid-liquid separation installation 13 which separates, into solid and liquid, the exudation slurry pH-adjusted by and discharged from the preliminary neutralization installation 12. In the preliminary neutralization installation 12, plural series of first-stage neutralization treatment tanks 12Aare arranged so as to correspond to the exudation treatment tanks 11, and the flows of exudation slurry pH-adjusted in individual first-stage neutralization treatment tanks 12Aare joined in the second-stage neutralization treatment tanks 12B consisting of a single series. The joined exudation slurry is transferred to the solid-liquid separation installation 13.</p> |
