<p>A method for detecting a target substance comprises the steps of preparing a complex (4) comprising a first aptamer (1) to which a target substance (5) in a test sample specifically binds, and a second aptamer (2) to which a second ligand 6 other than the target substance (5) specifically binds, wherein the first aptamer (1) comprises one or more double strand-forming sites forming a double strand, the second aptamer (2) comprises two or more double strand-forming sites, a base sequence of the first aptamer 1 to which the target substance (5) binds comprises at least a part of a base sequence of the double strand-forming site of the first aptamer 1, and a base sequence of the second aptamer 2 to which the second ligand (6) binds comprises at least a part of a base sequence of the two or more double strand-forming sites of the second aptamer (2) ; binding the target substance (5) to the first aptamer (1); binding the second ligand (6) to the second aptamer 2; detecting the cleavage of the double strand-forming site of the first aptamer 1.</p> |
