Disclosed are an automatic control system and method for building equipment using a redundancy schedule method. The automatic control system for building equipment using a redundancy schedule method according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a central control part for generating a schedule control signal according to a schedule that is automatic operation control information and for generating a virtual control signal between schedule control signals generated according to the schedule and then transmitting thereof to building equipment; and an automatic control part for, when at least one of the schedule control signal and the virtual control signal is not received during a schedule redundancy converting time due to abnormality of the central control part or abnormality in a communication line between the central control part and building equipment, converting to a schedule redundancy mode and thereby transmitting to the building equipment, by using the same schedule as the schedule of the central control part, all schedule control signals and virtual control signals to the building equipment from the time before converting to a schedule redundancy mode up until the converting time and thereby controlling building equipment to operate normally. |
