The present invention relates to a bolt for a nuclear power steam device and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the present invention provides the bolt for the nuclear power steam device and the manufacturing method thereof, capable of obtaining a lubricative property at low temperatures (300 degrees centigrade) and preventing abrasion and corrosion when the bolt is used in the nuclear power steam device by including a bolt body, a first coating layer which is deposited on the surface of the bolt body and gives corrosion resistance to the bolt, and a second coating layer which is deposited on the surface of the first coating layer and gives the lubricative property to the bolt in an environment with high temperatures and high pressure.
