The present invention provides a tooth brushing learning method. The invention provides a smartphone tooth brushing learning method in combination of a removable patch containing a motion detection sensor capable of patterning a tooth brushing movement in a general toothbrush, the invention comprising: a smartphone app execution step of allowing an execution of a basic tooth brushing manual related to tooth brushing; a patch operating step of outputting an operating signal of a toothbrush attached with a patch; a toothbrush start step of starting tooth brushing while watching the manual in the smartphone app execution step; a tooth brushing learning step of comparing a tooth brushing order in the smartphone app and a user′s tooth brushing pattern transmitted and thereby determining differences and giving an order so that an incorrect tooth brushing pattern can conform to the basic manual and allowing repeating and learning tooth brushing; and a score announcement step of evaluating errors obtained from the tooth brushing learning step in terms of frequency and subtracting the errors from a basic score and thereby converting the remnants to a score and then displaying the score in the smartphone.
