The present invention relates to a tape roll cutting machine for cutting a tape roll to a predetermined width and, more specifically, to a tape roll cutting machine for preventing cutting defects by adjusting the rate of transferring a blade capable of maximizing productivity and preventing cutting defects of a tape roll by sensing the rate of transferring a blade and adjusting the rate of transferring forward and backward of the blade based on the same. According to the present invention, the tape roll cutting machine capable of preventing cutting defects by adjusting the rate of transferring a blade comprises: a roll shaft wherein a tape roll is inserted and fixed; an operating means for rotating the roll shaft; a blade for cutting the tape roll; a moving means for moving the blade along the roll shaft, and for allowing the blade to move forward and backward toward the roll shaft; a controller for controlling the operating means and the moving means; and a blade location information sensing means for adjusting the rate of transferring a blade forward and backward by transferring location information on the blade to the controller. The controller is capable of controlling the moving means to allow the rate of transferring a blade to be slower for a predetermined period of time before and after a blade is in contact with a tape roll by using a signal transferred by the blade location information sensing means. |
