PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of accurately identifying a break position of an important scene and to provide an image processing program.SOLUTION: The image processing system includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring movement information from a dynamic image; and a setting unit for setting a position where movement information is relatively small in movement information acquired by the acquisition unit on a temporal axis of the dynamic image to be a break position. |
