PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle propulsion handling device capable of assuring a superior accelerator pedal operability while preventing an erroneous acceleration caused by a wrong treading of the pedal at a low speed range.SOLUTION: This invention comprises an accelerator pedal 11 capable of performing an accelerating operation by a foot for a vehicle (1); a manual operating member (34) capable of performing an acceleration work for a vehicle by a manual operation; and a control means (20) for accelerating and controlling a propulsion device (engine 2) in such a way that a vehicle is accelerated by any one of the operations of the accelerator pedal 11 and the manual operating member (34). The control means makes an acceleration control based on an operation of the accelerator pedal 11 invalid (a step ST24: the first target output Pt1=0) when a vehicle speed V is less than a threshold Vth (a step ST23: No) and then the propulsion device is accelerated and controlled at the second target output Pt2 corresponding to an operation of the manual operating member (34)(steps ST36, ST38).
