PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of controlling a power source voltage of an internal circuit without waste and appropriately in accordance with an internal operation with an adjustment value for taking a power source supply voltage as a target value in accordance with an individual difference.SOLUTION: Correction data according to an operation command and an internal state responding to the operation command is supplied to an arithmetic operation circuit, and voltage setting data is generated by correcting reference data on the basis of the correction data given to the arithmetic operation circuit from a control circuit, and a first power source voltage generated by a power source circuit according to the voltage setting data is outputted to a first internal circuit. The reference data includes an adjustment value for using the power source voltage as a target value in accordance with an individual difference of a semiconductor device. |
