A prefabricated pipe fitting is disclosed comprising a ring flange welded to one of a pipe elbow or pipe branch, the ring flange having a plurality of spaced axial bolt holes, the ring flange defining a first open end of the prefabricated pipe fitting and the pipe elbow or pipe branch defining at least a second open end of the prefabricated pipe fitting, the pipe fitting being pressure rated to at least 250 psig, the at least a second open end having a weld seat. Related methods of use and creation of the pipe fitting are discussed. |
