PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an electrolyte that is adaptable to increases in the voltage of electrochemical devices and that can improve the high temperature storage characteristics, high temperature cycle characteristics, load characteristics and safety of electrochemical devices; and an electrochemical device.SOLUTION: An electrolyte comprises: a solvent including a fluorinated saturated cyclic carbonate, a fluorinated chain carbonate, and a fluorinated ether; at least one sultone compound selected from the group consisting of sultone compounds having an extremely limited structure; and an electrolyte salt. |
