PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jelly agent that has reduced bitterness and a good taste and therefore is easy to take while it contains a thiamine.SOLUTION: This invention provides a jelly agent comprising a thiamine. The jelly agent contains a sweetener with a solubility in water at 25°C of 50% or less, and has a moisture content set to be 35 wt.% or less. As a result, the bitterness caused by a thiamine can be effectively inhibited and the taste is improved, and thus it becomes easy to take. |
