摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a Korean seasoned laver.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a Korean seasoned laver includes the steps of: 1) primarily baking a dried laver in a baking tunnel at 50 to 200°C for 2 to 3 seconds; 2) applying an oil on the surface of the laver baked in the primarily baking step, and seasoning the laver with salt; 3) secondarily baking the seasoned laver in a baking tunnel at 200 to 400°C for 5 to 7 seconds; 4) spraying an oil on the surface of the laver baked in the secondarily baking step so as to form a coating; and selecting the finally seasoned laver to be cut into a uniform size for packaging.
