PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder food product containing collagen peptide which is related to a powder food product indicating a pH in a neutral region when dissolved on the assumption that an original taste of a food product and a beverage is not changed even when being added, and which is configured to suppress an unmelted residue.SOLUTION: A powder food product containing collagen peptide is used by being added into a beverage or a food product including a liquid part. The powder food product contains fat and hyaluronic acid having a mean molecular weight of less than 10000 and/or a salt thereof. A content of the hyaluronic acid having the mean molecular weight of less than 10000 and/or the salt thereof is 0.001-10 mass%. A 5-mass% aqueous solution of the powder food product containing collagen peptide has a pH 5.5-8. |
