PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device capable of improving reliability of an organic EL element while making a frame width narrower and to provide an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: The organic EL display device includes: a display region 110A formed by disposing a plurality of pixels having light-emitting elements on a substrate 11; a peripheral region 110B, disposed at an outer edge side of the display region, having a peripheral circuit 12B; a first insulator layer 151 and a second insulator layer 152, provided so as to extend from the display region to the peripheral region; a first isolation groove 21 provided at the first insulator layer between the display region and the peripheral region; a first conductive layer 161B provided on the first isolation groove and the first insulator layer of the peripheral region; a first coated part formed by covering at least an end face of the second insulator layer with an organic layer or a second electrode; an encapsulation part 23, disposed at an outer edge side of the first coated part, and formed by laminating the first conductive layer and the second electrode; and a second coated part 24 formed by covering an end face of an outer edge side of the first insulator layer isolated by the first isolation groove to the peripheral region side with the first conductive layer. |
