Provided in the present invention is a manufacturing system for an electric power, a cold and hot heat, a drying heat, and carbon dioxide using LNG as a heat source, which is environmentally friendly and saves energy by generating electric power by: gasifying LNG and using as a fuel; primarily gasifying LNG in a process of generating a cold heat needed inside a building, and secondarily gasifying the LNG by using a discarded heat inevitably generated during the electric power generating process; and using the discarded heat inevitably generated during the electric power generating process as a heat of the building, when gasifying the LNG.
