A movable rail (3) has: a T-shaped part (3a) having an upper supporting part (3d) capable of fixing a seat (15) in place and a lower flange part (3c) arranged within a fixed rail (2), the cross-section of the T-shaped part (3a) being an upside-down T shape; and a block-shaped main body (3b) linked with the T-shaped part (3a) and formed on the lower side of the T-shaped part (3a). The main body (3b) is formed integrally with a column part (3e) formed on an extended part on the lower side of the supporting part (3d). The movable rail (3) also has an attachment part (3h) in which is formed a female screw (3i) capable of fastening the seat (15) from the longitudinal direction of the supporting part (3d), the attachment part (3h) being provided to the upper end of the supporting part (3d). |
