The present invention relates to a screening method of a therapeutic agent for atopic dermatitis or skin dry and, specifically, to a screening method of a therapeutic agent for atopic dermatitis or dry skin, the method being characterized by treating skin cells with a test target material, and then determining, as an effective material, a material which reduces the degree of expression or activity of extracellular-signal-regulated kinase (ERK) in the skin cells. According to the present invention, a preventive or therapeutic material for atopic dermatitis or dry skin can be promptly and efficiently screened by treating skin cells with the test target material and verifying the degree of expression or activity of ERK. |
