The present invention relates to a D-h gene showing a dwarf phenotype and a use thereof. According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a plant having the dwarf phenotype by carrying out transformation by means of an expression vector including the gene of the present invention, thereby being useful as a resource regarding a trait for increasing crop yield in a breeding industry for rice as economic crops.
