Disclosed in the present invention are a method and a system to emphasize learning content based on a learning record of a user. A method to determine whether a user learns learning content, formed by a computer, includes: a step of distinguishing a unit factor forming an individual page of the learning content; and a step of determining whether the user learns the content by the unit factor in regard to the individual page. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method is capable of more precisely and accurately determining a learning result by determining whether the user learns the learning content by object or paragraph, forming the individual page of the learning content.
