<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device and a program that consider a visual line direction of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A visual line vector V of a user is detected, and a visual field coordinate system Ep of the user is stipulated using the visual line vector V. A transformation matrix is determined to transform a coordinate in the stipulated visual field coordinate system Ep of the user to a coordinate in an external world coordinate system Wp. A coordinate showing the position of an object in the external world coordinate system Wp is transformed to a coordinate showing the position in the visual field coordinate system Ep by the transformation matrix.
