Provided is a functional microbial-reinforcing vegetation-based material, which comprises: 20-40 wt% of peat moss, 10-20 wt% of perlite, 20-40 wt% of wood materials, and 20-40 wt% of microbial reinforcing agent. Accordingly, the functional microbial-reinforcing vegetation-based material of the present invention allows plants to take root fast even on soil in which microorganisms and organic materials, which are basic materials for vegetation, are damaged due to forest fire.
