<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic device that can provide various types of input operation to a user in an environment where water droplets attach to a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A portable electronic device includes a housing, a capacitive touch panel for displaying an image and detecting contact operation as an input signal, a microphone for detecting sound as an audio signal, and a control unit for processing the audio signal detected by the microphone as the input signal of the contact operation performed to the touch panel in an audio operation mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
