<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling method of solenoid driving type diaphragm pump which is capable of reducing noises. <P>SOLUTION: The controlling method of solenoid driving type diaphragm pump is constructed by setting a basic voltage V1 based on a pressure Ps at the state in which the solenoid driving type diaphragm pump is used, applying the basic voltage V1 on the solenoid, and activating the plunger in the solenoid driving type diaphragm pump comprising a plunger equipped with a diaphragm, a solenoid which drives the plunger, a direct-current voltage generating section which generates direct current voltage of a specific voltage, and a voltage application section which applies the direct current voltage of the specific voltage generated at the direct-current voltage generating section on the solenoid, and driving the plunger by the solenoid to discharge a fluid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
