Disclosed is an end plate for a fuel cell including: a main block which forms a body and supports a fuel cell at a predetermined pressure; a subplate which includes a material having reducibility higher than reducibility of the main block and comes in close contact with one side of the main block; and an insulation unit which covers the main block and the subplate.
