FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and may be used in automotive industry. Bimetal component is produced with the help of first and second elements composed of tubular rod made of material. Said rod element is fitted in the mould, core is fitted in said rod element to teem first metal into the mould around said rod element. Core is retained in rod element at force sufficient for preventing the filling in first metal of rod element. After hardening of fused first material bimetal component results for core to be removed therefrom. In compliance with one version, bore in second element is sealed by end plug.EFFECT: tubular element is not deformed at injection moulding.11 cl, 8 dwg |
