The present invention relates to a massage chair having a curved track. More specifically, a main frame is specially designed to be curved to massage from a shoulder portion to hips of a human body. Moreover, the present invention adjusts a posture of the human body to relieve physical discomfort produced from the fixed posture and is operated by a mechanical principle to enable a reference point to be vertically moved through a change of a mechanical structure to enable a rear side of the massage chair to be closely attached to a wall and be rotated in order to save a containing space.
