The present invention relates to a fireproof filling element for a penetration part of a building and is filled in a penetration part of a pipe or a cable in a building; is expanded by heat generated on the fire; and the penetration part is closed by forming char, thus preventing the spread of fire. According to the present invention, a fireproof filling element for the penetration part of a building comprises: an expansion graphite expanded by heating; and an emergency blocking material which prevents scattering of the expansion graphite and forming char.
