A nonpowered microbubble generating device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body (5); and a cover (3) covering the body (5). The cover (3) has a cylindrical shape having an empty inside, and the body (5) is coupled with the cover (3) in a shape in which the cover (30 is inserted therein. A drain unit (15) is formed on an inner bottom unit (17) of the body (5). When water is not fed in the body (5), water remaining in the body (5) can be automatically discharged to the outside. Accordingly, microbubblees can be continuously produced, and water remaining therein after usage can be automatically discharged. |
