PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decrease in authentication accuracy while suppressing increase of verification processing time in one to N authentication.SOLUTION: Vein data representing a vein image and feature quantities are extracted from an image acquired by an image acquisition unit 2, and the vein data and the feature quantities are stored in a storage unit 5. The feature quantities include a first feature quantity that represents relationship between two segments of a plurality of segments obtained by vectorizing the vein image.
