PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance photoelectric conversion efficiency of a photoelectric conversion device.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a photoelectric conversion device 11 includes: a first step for preparing a semiconductor layer 3 including a I-III-VI group compound disposed on an electrode layer; and a second step for dispersing a 12 group element in the semiconductor layer by contacting an organic metallic compound of the 12 group element with a principal surface while irradiating the principal plane in a side opposite to the electrode layer of the semiconductor layer with an infrared ray. |
