<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably manufacture an antislip steel plate having irregularity in the surface and excellent in discriminability and designability used as a floor-plate material in an escalator and a rolling stock at a high productivity and low cost.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an antislip steel plate is a method for manufacturing an antislip steel plate by rolling a steel plate through a first rolling stand constituted of a stepped roll, where a plurality of axial and circumferential large-diameter parts installed upstream and independent small-diameter parts are arranged, and a flat roll, and then by rolling a steel plate through a second rolling stand constituted of a pair of upper and lower rolls installed downstream.</p> |
