PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device and a laser device manufacturing method, which inhibit a decrease in yield and an increase in man-hour and ensure long-term reliability while adjusting characteristics of laser beams after shaping by a light emitting element to specification.SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser device comprises: a semiconductor laser 10; a laser holder 20 for mounting the semiconductor laser 10; an optical element 30 on which laser beams emitted from the semiconductor laser 10 are incident and which shapes the laser beams; a tubular optical element holder 40 for holding the optical element 30 so as to let the laser beams shaped by the optical element 30 pass through a hollow part; and a tubular sleeve holder 50 in which at least a part of the optical element holder 40 is fitted in the hollow part on one end and the optical element holder 40 is fastened and a distortion transmission prevention groove is formed on the other end, and which is fastened to the laser holder 20 with the other end serving as a contact surface. |
