The present invention relates to a method and a structure for coupling a base (111) of a snap button head (110) and an eyelet (112). In an assembly process of a female part (100) of a metal snap button used to detach and attach a part separated from a front outer collar of clothes, a snap head (110) is manufactured by coupling an eyelet (112) with a base (111); the eyelet (112) is deformed by heat generated in a process for wet plating designated for the snap head; and a problem in which the eyelet (112) is separated from the clothes by being cracked or destroyed is prevented when pressurizing, with a press (500), the snap head (110) and a socket (120), which are completed thereby. The present invention is to solve a problem in which the snap button is separated from a raw fabric such as the front outer collar or the like of the clothes by making a support with a thin pillar (111-A) at one side surface of the base (111) to plate only the base (111), thereby preventing heat-deformation generated when wet-plating the eyelet (112). |
