The present invention relates to an information inputting system using a finger movement and an inputting method thereof and, more specifically, to an information inputting system using a finger movement comprising: a movement inputting unit (100) wearable on a user′s finger and sensing the finger movement information of a user to transmit the sensed information to an integrated management unit (200) connected via a wireless network; the integrated management unit (200) analyzing the finger movement information received from the movement inputting unit (100) to determine a corresponding mode among a mouse mode, an operation mode and a writing mode and according to the determined mode, remotely controlling a smart device (300) connected via the wireless network, wherein the integrated management unit (200) analyzes the finger movement information received from the movement inputting unit (100) before performing the remote control of the smart device (300); calculates the maximum movement distance and the average movement distance in the finger movement to set an initial sensitivity reference value; and determines the finger movement information based on the initial sensitivity reference value.
