The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for manufacturing a nozzle plate for a fuel injection device, whereby nozzle holes and the peripheral parts thereof can be formed with high precision with less likeliness of molding failure, a mold, and a nozzle plate for the fuel injection device. A gate (3) is a cavity part that forms a plate main body part (11) of a cavity for forming a nozzle plate (1) for a fuel injection device and is disposed so as to open to a cavity portion surrounded by multiple nozzle holes (7). In addition, this manufacturing method is devised so as to suppress differences in terms of the time it takes for a molten resin injected into the cavity from the gate (3) to reach the parts where the multiple nozzle holes (7) are formed. As a result, molding failure of the nozzle holes (7) and the peripheral parts thereof due to differences in the filling speed of the molten resin can be prevented, thereby enabling the nozzle holes (7) and the peripheral parts to be formed with high precision. |
