A polymer compound having a repeating unit represented by Formula 1: wherein in Formula 1, R1 is a liner, branched, or cyclic C1-C12 alkyl group, R2, R3, and R4 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a liner or branched C1-C6 alkyl group, R5 and R6 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a liner or branched C1-C20 alkyl group, R7 is a hydrogen atom or a liner, branched or cyclic C1-C12 alkyl group or C6-C12 aryl group, R8 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and p is an integer from 0 to 12, and a, b and c are each a molar ratio, and satisfy the condition of a+b+c=1, wherein 0.5≦a≦0.9, 0.05≦b≦0.2, and 0.05≦c≦0.3.
