摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a magnetic head suspension capable of increasing a SWAY mode resonance frequency while reducing gain of a magnetic head slider in twist mode vibration.SOLUTION: A plurality of bending angle sets of a first LB bending angleθ1, a second LB bending angleθ2 and a load bending angleθ3 for making a base end side area 31a of a load beam part 30 parallel with a disk surface while generating predetermined press load in a load-on state are detected, and in each of the plurality of bending angle sets, analysis or measurement concerned with twist mode gain is performed to obtain relation between the first LB bending angle and the twist mode gain. The first LB bending angle capable of minimizing the twist mode gain is detected from the relation, the predetermined pressing load is generated by the load-on state in the magnetic head suspension 1A with the first LB bending angle for minimizing the twist mode gain, and bending work is performed by the second LB bending angle and the load bending angle for making the base end side area parallel.</p>
