摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health food combined with sprouted brown rice and Bacillus natto, which can securely contribute to the maintenance and promotion of health. <P>SOLUTION: After washing brown rice 1 in water containing Bacillus natto, the brown rice 1 is immersed in Bacillus natto water 4 containing Bacillus natto 3 kept at 15-20&deg;C for 17-21 hours continuously to be sprouted. Then, the sprouted brown rice 6 with a bran layer eroded by the Bacillus natto is steamed in a steam pot with the pressure kept at 1.2 kg/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>for 5-7 minutes to be boiled.
