<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration piece capable of implementing further improvement of impact resistance, a vibrator including the vibration piece, and an oscillator including the vibration piece. <P>SOLUTION: A crystal vibration piece 1 comprises: a base 10; and a pair of vibration arms 11 each of which extends from the base 10. Each of the vibration arms 11 includes a widened part 12 which is formed in such a manner that a change rate of the width with respect to a change per unit length in a longitudinal direction of the vibration arms 11 becomes larger from joining points 12a, 12b in the way of approaching the base 10, as viewed from above. A direction (indicated by an arrow D) in which the joining point 12a of the widened part 12 joined to one side of one of the vibration arms 11 is connected to the joining point 12b joined to the other side of the one of the vibration arms 11 is not orthogonal to an extending direction of the vibration arms 11 (indicated by an arrow E), as viewed from above. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
