FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method provides the following successive stages: processing of a root canal with sodium hypochlorite in the concentration of 0.5-5.25 wt % in an amount of 1-20 ml per one root canal, ultrasound activation at frequency 20-40 kHz; it is possible both one-stage ultrasound activation during the processing sodium hypochlorite and ultrasound activation with a period of 3-5 s; the following stage is processing with ozonised normal saline in solution of 10 microgram per one litre, to 60 milligram to one litre, in an amount of 1-20 ml per 1 root canal, with ultrasound activation at frequency 20-40 kHz, processing with aqueous solution of chlorhexidine in the concentration of 0.12-2 wt %, in an amount of 1-20 ml per one root canal, with ultrasound activation at frequency 20-40 kHz, processing with ozonised distilled water in an amount of not less than 1 ml per one root canal, with ultrasound activation at frequency 20-40 kHz; the processing stages listed above are spaced with time intervals of no more than 3 minutes, whereas each stage lasts for 1 to 15 minutes.EFFECT: method enables increasing the effectiveness of the drug processing of a tooth decay cavity and root canals with using the solutions in the above sequence by removing dead microorganisms and necrotic decay products from the root canals that preventing post-filling aggravation and reduces the length of regeneration of the periodontal tissues.2 ex |
