FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: laser Doppler sonography is conducted to assess a microcirculatory bed before and after amplified cold test. The microcirculatory link is assessed within thenar and hypothenar of both hands. A perfusion gain ?P is calculated by formula: ?P=(P-P)/P×100%, wherein P is a perfusion before the cold test, Pis a perfusion after the cold test. If ?P>10%, the favourable clinical course and a low probability of condition transformation into a decompensated from over 12 months are predicted. ?P<10% shows the unfavourable clinical course and a high probability of decompensation.EFFECT: method enables predicting the clinical course of diffuse liver conditions at the early stage by assessing the compensatory abilities of the microcirculatory links.1 tbl, 3 ex
