FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disinfectants. Disinfection of hands and elimination of viruses or inhibition of their growth are realised by contact with a composition. The composition contains the following (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e), but there are not any other microbiocidal disinfectants, intended for microbiocidal disinfection: (a) from 40 to 90 % of the weight of the composition of ethanol, isopropyl alcohol or their mixture, (b) from 0.1 to 2% of the weight of the composition of lactic acid; (c) from 0.01 to 2% of the weight of the composition of citric acid; (d) from 0.001 to 0.1% of the weight of the composition of a zinc-containing compound, which releases a zinc ion in a solution and (e) one or several pharmaceutically acceptable carriers to 100%, with respect to the entire composition.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase disinfection efficiency.6 cl, 2 dwg, 4 tbl, 12 ex |
