The present invention discloses a method for transmitting data based on low-power communication. According to the present invention, the method includes the steps of: receiving a preamble from one or more communication terminals on a transmission side for a period; generating a device list including a data transmission sequence determined based on the received preamble; and generating an acknowledgement (ACK) message including the generated device list to transmit the generated ACK message to all of the communication terminals on the transmission side transmitting the preamble. The ACK message includes the device list which includes the number of the communication terminals on the transmission side and the transmission information corresponding to the communication terminals on the transmission side according to the data transmission sequence.
