A base reinforcement member is coupled to a corresponding basic beam by a sliding method so as to reduce usage of a raw material to reduce manufacturing costs after the basic beam is mounted in a plurality of tank bases. A corresponding inner reinforcement unit using a partition unit as a center is connected with a wire connection member to improve a reinforcement force of the inner reinforcement unit, and a movement range of a fused portion in accordance with deformation of the side wall unit is wide to prevent damage of the side wall unit since the inner reinforcement unit and a side wall unit are connected by the connection finishing member. Moreover, a lamp is turned on in accordance with opening of a manhole to brighten the inside of a water tank to improve a work environment since no additional lantern is required. |
