The installation has an evacuation pipe (9) for evacuating condensates and connected to a housing (4) by a condensate evacuation device (3) including a coupling sleeve made of flexible material e.g. styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene and rubber. The evacuation device is placed on an edge of a reception orifice arranged through a lower wall (7) of the housing. The evacuation device includes a bottom wall (13) connected to the sleeve, and a peripheral sealing lip (14) connected to the sleeve, where the bottom wall is connected to a median zone by a film hinge. An independent claim is also included for a method for forming a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation.
