摘要 The present invention relates to two methods and one master-mix for detection and for quantification of at least two target nucleic acid molecules within the same multiplex amplification reaction using a single-channel detector in a fluorescence detection system. It was an object of the invention to provide a simple and less expensive method and/or a master-mix which enables quantitative multiplexing of at least two target nucleic acid molecules within the same multiplex amplification reaction. The object is achieved by two methods for detection and for quantification of at least two target nucleic acid molecules within the same multiplex amplification reaction using a single-channel detector in a fluorescence detection system, by means of a master-mix for the detection and quantification of at least two target nucleic acid molecules within the same multiplex amplification reaction, and by a method for production of a reaction mixture for use in the detection and quantification of at least two target nucleic acid molecules within the same multiplex amplification reaction.
