FINE DUST REMOVING SYSTEM BY USING HEAT SOURCE

The present invention relates to a fine dust removing system for roasting using a heat source for filtering and discharging oil, soot, and fine dust included in the smoke generated due to roasting. The fine dust removing system for roasting comprises: an exhaust pipe discharging the smoke generated due to roasting, and flowing into one end to the air through an other end; a first filter unit arranged on a smoke inlet of the exhaust pipe, filtering oil components included in the smoke; a second filter unit arranged on a smoke outlet of the exhaust pipe, filtering the soot and the fine dust included in the smoke; and a valve unit arranged on the smoke outlet of the exhaust pipe, adjusting opening of the exhaust pipe. The second filter unit comprises: a filter case arranged on a smoke discharge path of the exhaust pipe, providing a space where the smoke passes inside; a first roller and a second roller arranged inside the filter case to be parallel at fixed intervals, and arranged on both sides of the smoke discharge path; a filter arranged by being wound on the first roller, and wound on the second roller by being unwound from the first roller; and a motor connected to a driving shaft of the second roller. The fine dust removing system for roasting may prevent air pollution by filtering and discharging the soot, the fine dust, and the ultrafine dust included in the smoke generated during roasting. When a filter wound in a roll shape is arranged in the filter unit removing foreign substances included in the smoke such that a filtering efficiency of the filter is degraded, the wound filter is unwound by sensing the degradation of the filtering efficiency to change the filter; thereby maintaining a constant filtering efficiency.
