The present invention relates to a passive RFID chip. The passive RFID chip according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a demodulator, a modulator, and a rectifier. The passive RFID chip includes a switch unit which connects a terminal of a first component arranged outside the passive RFID chip to a terminal of a second component arranged outside the passive RFID chip by a switch-on command signal received from the RF reader in a wake-up state by the transmission of wireless power and a wake-up signal of the RF reader. |
